HOW TO USE

Step 1

After cleansing in the morning and evening, apply Balance Moisturiser evenly across the face, neck and décolletage.

Step 2

For exfoliation and boosted performance, use Glycolic Acid Activator 2-3 times a week. After cleansing in the evening, apply 4-6 drops to the face, neck and décolletage. Once dry, apply Balance Moisturiser.

NOTE

Apply products separately, do not mix Glycolic Acid Activator and Balance Moisturiser directly.

Prebiotics & Postbiotics

Help to maintain a balanced skin microbiome by supporting the production of beneficial bacteria in the skin. In doing so, they support a healthy and balanced complexion.
Niacinamide

Also known as vitamin B3, it boasts anti-inflammatory properties to visibly calm blemish-induced irritation while helping to regulate oil production.
Beta-glucan

A natural extract derived from oats which helps to soothe and comfort the skin.
Cinnamon Extract

With natural antibacterial properties, it helps to limit blemish-causing bacteria while also working to balance oil production.
Glycolic Acid

How do I layer Balance Moisturiser with sunscreen?

After cleansing and toning in the morning, apply Balance Moisturiser to the face, neck and décolletage. Follow with sunscreen. We recommend Advanced Day Ultimate Protect.
Can I use Glycolic Acid Activator in the morning?

We do not advise using Glycolic Acid Activator during the day, as glycolic acid can make skin more sensitive to sun damage. Instead, use 2-3 times a week after cleansing in the evening.
Can I use Glycolic Acid Activator alongside Crystal Retinal?

Yes. You can use Glycolic Acid Activator alongside Crystal Retinal in the evening. After cleansing and toning, apply Glycolic Acid Activator before Crystal Retinal. Follow with Balance moisturiser.

Balance Moisturiser and Glycolic Acid Activator

The acid activator is amazing, when i apply it throughout the night i can always see results. My skin looks so much better in the morning. It is very nice to use the activator right after as it helps with dryness.

Balance Moisturiser and GAA

Q: The balance moisturiser is great and really should be available to buy on its own. Very disappointed it’s not as it’s the only moisture I’ve found to suit my skin. Listen to your customers and have it available on its own also. I what is the reason it’s not available on its own ?

Q: Is it possible to get the balance moisturiser without the glycolic acid? I love this moisturiser but even though I use the activator three times a week I already have two bottles left over. I’m sadly going to have to go elsewhere to find a moisturiser to suit my blemish-prone skin because it’s becoming so wasteful.

A: Hi Liv, thanks for your question. As Glycolic Acid Activator is a leave-on acid product, this will be applied after your cleanser for best results (use a maximum of 2-3 nights a week). You can then apply Hydr8 B5 (water-based), Clarity Peptides (emulsion-based) and your moisturiser. Thanks, Medik8.

Q: Hi I use your clarity peptides followed by crystal retinal every night and am swapping from the advanced night restore to balance moisturiser. On the days I use the glycolic activator can I still use the clarity peptides and Crystal retinal? If so what order should the be applied in? Thank you

After cleansing, apply Glycolic Acid Activator, followed by Crystal Retinal, Clarity Peptides and your moisturiser.
