What is a B Corp?
B Corporations™ (B Corps) are companies that have been verified by B Lab™ as meeting high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
What it means to be a B Corp to Medik8
It's a commitment: By becoming B Corp, we commit to always listen to the voices of all stakeholders: our colleagues, our suppliers, our community, our customers, our planet.
It's a continuous journey: The certification is not the end of the journey; we need to renew it every 3 years. So we'll carry on learning and striving to always do better.
It's a team effort: As B Corp certification touches every part of our business, every team member plays a part in keeping the B Corp values alive.
It's an opportunity: By engaging with our suppliers, customers, our people, and the industry at large, we can work together to bring positive change.
It’s a community
We're honoured to join, work with and learn from other like-minded companies; all believing in business as a force for good.

Ethical Business Pledge
This includes protecting nature and biodiversity by sourcing sustainable and traceable ingredients, partnering with responsible suppliers who prioritise fair treatment of workers and environmental sustainability and championing equity, diversity & inclusion.
We've audited 400+ ingredients, mapping their supply chains to assess risks to biodiversity, water, and deforestation.
All our product suppliers have signed up to our Code of Conduct and we are conducting ethical risk assessments for all suppliers.
