RETURNS POLICY

The below policy applies to customers who place order via the medik8.com.au website. For purchases made via our clinic, retail and online partners, please contact them directly for assistance.

Please provide your order number or proof of purchase when starting a return. Please do not send back any products before your return has been approved. Once approved, a credit note will be automatically processed within 7 business days.

Faulty Packaging

Should you have any issues with the packaging of the product, please contact ACSG within 14 days of receiving your order. ACSG will issue a credit memo to be used on your next purchase.

Product consistency, colour or related issues

Should your product have any issues with the consistency, colour or other related issues and not as you have come to expect, please contact ACSG within 14 days of receiving your order. ACSG will issue a credit memo to be used on your next purchase.

If you experience an allergic reaction or irritation, please contact ACSG within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require detailed information, including photos of the affected area and a full description of the incident.
