Medik8 Physical Sunscreen Product Recall - Australia and New Zealand

Medik8, following agreement with the Therapeutic Goods Administration, is recalling several affected batches of Medik8 Physical Sunscreen SPF 50+ sold between August 2023 and March 2026. Independent testing has shown the product is unlikely to meet the SPF 50+ rating stated on the label. 

Products included 

• Medik8 AUS Physical Sunscreen SPF 50+ 15ml  
• Medik8 AUS Physical Sunscreen SPF 50+ 60ml  
• Medik8 AUS Physical Sunscreen SPF 50+ Professional 60ml  
• Medik8 AUS Post Treatment Kit (includes Physical Sunscreen SPF 50+ 15ml)  

Affected batch codes:

• A1798A and A1798B | Expiry dates August 2026 
• A2651, A2651A and A2651B | Expiry date April 2028
  

What to do: 

1. If you have purchased one of the above products, do not use it.  
2. Return it to the place of purchase for a refund, or fill out the Customer Response Form including all relevant proof of purchase details.  
3. Email medik8spfrecall@acskingroup.com with the filled-out form, for our team to arrange a physical return and process the relevant refund once stock is validated.
